Bluegrass is at its heart, Amerian roots music and at its best when performed by an esemble of musicians performing on acoustic stringed instruments. Highland Road - whose band members include Andy Coulson, Tad Gilster, Rick Gordon and Tony Gebauer perform bluegrass in the truest tradition of the Scottish, Irish and English immigrants who inspired the musical storytelling genre. The Highland Road band members perform bluegrass, a bit of country and a smattering of folk music on a variety of instrucments. Tickets are $14.
